Academic courses often do not make students employable in industry. Therefore to enhance the employability of the children of its employees, TRF Ltd has, through the TRF Ladies Association sought to sponsor candidates for suitable employability training. Ravi Rao, son of Mr Rama Rao and Roland John Ugar Sandi, son of Mr Robert JU Sandi have been sponsored by TRF Ladies Association for a six month course on welding and Gas Cutting organised by Jan Sikshan Sansthan, Jamshedpur under the aegis of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
